3. Digital Products

Digital products including training materials, templates, recordings, downloadable resources, guides, and educational content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Consulting & Professional Services

Refund requests related to website development, digital marketing, AI automation, consulting, branding, and other custom services shall be reviewed according to the specific project agreement.
