3. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellation requests submitted before webinar access credentials or learning materials are issued may be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.

Approval of cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is determined separately under our Refund Policy.

6. Rescheduling Requests

In certain situations, Minovox may allow participants to transfer their registration to a future webinar or training session.

Approval depends on seat availability, event scheduling, and operational feasibility.

7. Event Cancellation by Minovox

Minovox reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to:

  • Technical Difficulties
  • Trainer Unavailability
  • Operational Requirements
  • Low Enrollment
  • Force Majeure Events
  • Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In such situations, participants may receive a rescheduled session, future credit, or refund where applicable.

8. Service Project Cancellation

Website development, app development, AI automation, SEO, digital marketing, consulting, and custom service projects may have separate cancellation terms defined in the service agreement signed with the client.

Work completed before cancellation may remain payable.
